The Stamina InMotion II Manual Treadmill is a self powered treadmill that folds for easy storage and is quiet in use. Distance, speed, time and calories are displayed on the battery operated monitor. The frame is heavy duty steel with 8 and 10 degree incline positions. Cheaper than an electric treadmill the Stamina InMotion retails at just $139. So is it worth buying at this price or would you be better saving for a more expensive electric treadmill? Let’s see what customers who bought this treadmill thought of their purchase.

71 customers reviewed the treadmill at Amazon and of these 25 gave it 5 stars and 26 four stars so that’s a good start! The treadmill was reported as easy to assemble and adaptable for a 5′ 6″ person up to someone who is 6′3″. although one person who was 6′2″ reported that they found it awkward to use as they had to bend down too much to hold onto the handrails. The manual motion takes some getting used to and is harder than using a power driven treadmill but gives a good workout, which is the important thing to consider. It folds up easily and compactly to store away and is sturdy although it only has basic readouts and features as you would expect for this price. It also needs some adjustment when you first use it. You will need to walk on it and adjust the belt until it it secure and doesn’t slip sideways.

The workout you will get with this manual treadmill is reported to be good as you have to work harder to keep the belt moving that on an electric treadmill. It’s reported to be a little noisy and you’ll need silicone spray to keep it lubricated and help cut down the noise.

Overall the quality of the Stamina InMotion II Manual Treadmill was good and the construction sturdy. Although a bit noisy it gives a good workout and is good value for money. If you don’t want to pay a lot for an electric treadmill this manual treadmill could be right for you.

Looking for some high quality treadmills fitness equipment can be a hard task even for someone who is well experienced in the treadmill home gym line of work. You might be thinking that there are a lot of different things that you should be aware of when it comes to buying a treadmill and you are most likely right with that assumption. It is possible that you are also considering of getting an elliptical trainer instead of a treadmill and I have to say that when thoughts like this enter your mind you should take a few steps back before you make any hasty decisions.

My first experiences when it comes to treadmill workouts were not so good since I did them with a personal trainer who was not so good in motivating me. The workouts were though and there was no time to catch a breath since he was always pushing me for more laps or more miles so to speak. A lot of the manual treadmill can be hard to operate since you need push the belt with your feet a lot harder than with a motorised treadmill so the resistance of the workout is much higher. Needless to say that my first sprints on a running machine were on a manual one. Nowadays the treadmills fitness equipment have gone a long way and I don’t think that there is even a one treadmill factory that is manufacturing these models that don’t have engines in them.

If you are thinking about buying a treadmill then you should make some good and educated notes of the models that you are looking for. When shopping online you can’t jump on the model at hand to make a quick assumption about the structure of the body and the quality of the motor. You need to make those notes on the base of the specifications that the manufacturer of the treadmills fitness equipment you are looking at are providing. It can be a demanding task but with a few easy tips from varied sources you can make pretty good decisions even when buying something like this
online.

Treadmills Fitness Equipment

Folding treadmills have been the most recent thing when it comes to treadmills and fitness equipment. They are made so that anyone can store their own home gym equipment in their own home without having an extra storage room to keep the machines. You just flip the belt part of the treadmill upwards so that it is vertical and you roll the machine in a closet or a spare room where there is room to keep it. That way it is easy to find and start using again when you feel like running. You can even watch the tv while doing this so it should be no trouble to not make excuses for not using your treadmills fitness equipment as often as you are supposed to.

When buying treadmills you should always look for good quality reviews on the subject. Making you choose too fast can lead to injuries and chronic problems with your joints. Always look for user experiences since someone who has used the model you are looking at for a few years will know every bad and good thing there is to know. The companies promoting their treadmills and fitness equipment are usually just trying to sell their products. When the warranty is void they are not interested in the customer anymore in any other subject than repairs and maintenance of which they will definitely charge a hefty amount of money.

A lot of the models that I have used have had problems with the belt lubricant and I suggest that you look for models which don’t have these problems. If you need to keep adding it, it will eventually be too much and can stain the belt and make it slippery. Running on a wet or oily surface can cause bad injuries which you are trying to avoid when using treadmills fitness equipment since running outdoors can also be dangerous. Finding out what is causing these problems can be harder than the look for a treadmill alone so you need to think carefully before wasting your money.

For your first treadmill I would have to suggest you to get a low priced model. I don’t mean something that is the cheapest one out there but instead go for a lower price that is something below the average price. That way you won’t feel so bad if the machine breaks or if you don’t have the motivation to keep on running. From my personal experiences I can say that I have had ups and downs and while I was not using my treadmills fitness equipment at all they soon became out dated. And afterwards when I had the energy to start running again the machines had worn out in the garage. Nothing was really working and I had to get a new one. So if you are completely sure that you will keep on running no matter what then look for the best treadmills that there are before buying. For someone with a tighter budget you need to make a good assumption on the price-quality-ratio of the running machine at hand.
What is the verdict on treadmills fitness equipment?

To sum it up it can be hard to find the treadmills fitness equipment for your particular needs but it can be done if you are willing to put the work in it.
